Mr. Speaker, I thank Congresswoman Stevens for her comments. Yesterday, as we stood on the east front steps of the Capitol, I stood next to Congressman Paul Mitchell as Congressman Dingell and Congresswoman Dingell and the motorcade came by. It was an emotional moment that we shared with one another, and I know he meant a lot to him, so I now yield to Congressman Paul Mitchell.
