And so, Mr. Speaker, we ask Members to support the motion to recommit. Are we going to take care of the taxpayers of America and our children and our health centers and our roads and bridges? Are we going to allow a country who has $2 trillion in oil reserves in the ground not to pay us back at a time when our country sees no surpluses and will, in fact, be in debt over the next 10 years? I urge a vote of ``aye'' on the motion to recommit.
