If the person is coming down to participate in a golf tournament, that is a substantially recreational event the person is coming down to. It did not sound to me like that person was coming down to an event the purpose of which was recreational. The purpose of coming down to your event was not for recreational purposes. The purpose in coming down to your event was all of those other purposes. That was the reason he came down.
