The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 68, strike line 24 through page 69, line 3, and insert the following: (2) with respect to the unclassified portion of the report, made available on the public internet websites of the National Counterterrorism Center, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and Department of Homeland Security-- (A) not later than 30 days after submission to the appropriate congressional committees; and (B) in an electronic format that is fully indexed and searchable; and The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 491, the gentleman from Michigan (Mr. Levin) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Michigan.
