So you entered into a deal that said they would cancel as soon as possible, but that was not in your interest?
I take it you are not going to answer the question as to whether or not it was important to you that they cancel the war...
If they lived up to the contract, is my question.
If they chose to live up to a contract, do not most people you deal with honorably live up to their contract?
