I find it ironic that my colleagues on the other side keep talking about giving the states the right to choose about abortion, but you want to take their right to choose away from a woman.

My colleague on the other side used a term that I hear frequently when we start talking about gun violence in America, and he said, 'my God-given right.'

We have never passed comprehensive gun legislation in this country, and we need to do it now.
