I want to say congratulations to the State of Wyoming. That is exactly why we need this amendment. We want those same regulations on a national level. Mr. Chairman, 16 to 17 States have no regulation. Wyoming has gotten it right. This amendment will ensure that the BLM rule is fully implemented so that fracking for oil and gas continues, but with full regard to the public health and the environment.
