I stand here today just always in awe of the history of this House and those who have served, knowing personally the sacrifices and the skill set that is needed to be successful. To be able to honor one of our own is something that I support. Mr. Speaker, I urge the passage of H.R. 5037, and I yield back the balance of my time.
