Let me just express on behalf of the people of the 9th District of Michigan at least and hopefully most of your fellow Americans how sorry I am that we have had this program and that year in and year out you have done your best, thought, and been told by the loan servicer that you were on track and had done everything you were supposed to do and we completely failed you. I am really sorry.
