But we need outside help, from the Russians - the Chinese, and the Indians, the two big powers that either buy weapons, from Russia, or buy oil, from Russia. They need to intervene, and get to Mr. Putin, to say, 'This can't go on because you're endangering us.'

I think we're watching, is the incredible shrinking, of the Russian President.
If I had those in my house after leaving office, I would be in handcuffs by this time. And so I think the Justice Department has gone out of its way to show deference to the former president.
Remember your oath of office. Do not allow the military to be used for political purposes. Your oath is to the Constitution and not to any one President.
I have said this on multiple occasions, going four years, five years ago, saying I thought that the former President was unfit to be Commander-in-Chief for the reasons I felt at that time were pretty evident.
