PEPFAR cuts make no sense to me whatsoever, given the extraordinary record of PEPFAR in saving lives.
I'm still looking at it because it kept changing up until literally the very minute it passed.
I have said and made clear that I do not want to take away Medicaid benefits.
There are going to be a gazillion more amendments tonight.
