There may be some sort of middle ground here because in the case I gave you where the facility is not even a CBOC, it is a mobile unit that is open only 2 days a week, it just does not seem like a reasonable interpretation.

He’s the one that needs to respond to the reports. I’m not going to comment on them. But I will say that based on widespread reporting it appears that he struggles to control his temper.
What appears to have happened is that there now has been ... somewhat of an increase of ICE activities before the additional training and body-worn cameras were deployed.
It would be wise for DHS to have a halt in non-urgent traffic stops until we get this straightened out.
