This bill has additional problems.

PEPFAR cuts make no sense to me whatsoever, given the extraordinary record of PEPFAR in saving lives.

That procedural motion does not predict my vote on final passage. I will be filing a number of amendments.

I have serious objections to Trump’s budget, including his targeting of LIHEAP.
