Why are Chinese transnational criminal groups here in the United States, buying up these homes and growing illegal marijuana in them? It's difficult for me to believe that there isn't some sort of plot involved.

It would be wise for DHS to have a halt in non-urgent traffic stops until we get this straightened out.
