The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A concurrent resolution (H. Con. Res. 93) authorizing the use of Emancipation Hall in the Capitol Visitor Center for a ceremony to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the ratification of the 13th Amendment. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the concurrent resolution.
