The amendment is as follows: (Purpose: To require the periodic submission of spending plan updates to the Committee on Appropriations) On page 10 of the amendment, line 1, strike ``. The'' and all that follows through the period on line 3, and insert the following: ``: Provided, That such plans shall be updated and submitted to the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate every 90 days until September 30, 2017, and every 180 days thereafter until all funds have been fully expended.''.
