Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate now proceed to the consideration of S. Res. 389, submitted earlier today. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title. The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A resolution (S. Res. 389) calling on Congress, schools, and State and local educational agencies to recognize the significant educational implications of dyslexia that must be addressed, and designating October 2019 as ``National Dyslexia Awareness Month''. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
