Any effort to rescind appropriated funds without congressional approval is a clear violation of the law.
There's some very good changes that have been made in the latest version, but I want to see further changes.
My vote against this bill stems primarily from the harmful impact it will have on Medicaid, affecting low-income families and rural health care providers like our hospitals and nursing homes.
