Those are terrible cases, because not only is there unnecessary suffering, but there is greater expense to the system in the long run.

This incident shows how imperative it is that we have a mandate for body-worn cameras.
He’s the one that needs to respond to the reports. I’m not going to comment on them. But I will say that based on widespread reporting it appears that he struggles to control his temper.
