I continuing quoting the Chamber of Commerce: If adopted, the Schumer amendment would significantly disrupt the flow of trade and impose costly mandates on American businesses without providing additional security. That is the bottom line. I urge the rejection of the Schumer amendment, and when the time has expired, I will move to table the amendment.
