Congress must immediately increase funding to ORR for fiscal year 2014 so that the influx of children at the border is not paid for by the refugees from Iraq, Syria, Eritrea, Sudan, and Ukraine and elsewhere who have been generously offered protection by the United States.

He’s the one that needs to respond to the reports. I’m not going to comment on them. But I will say that based on widespread reporting it appears that he struggles to control his temper.
