But, obviously, there's a great deal of interest in being able to use devices on these flights and a great deal of skepticism, I would say, among the traveling public about whether this really is a safety issue.

They don’t have them yet. The orders were placed, but they couldn’t [process] the orders when the government was shut down.
“It’s appalling to me that some of the rhetoric is coming from public officials on both sides of the aisle who should know better than to levy personal and political attacks against the judiciary and the court specifically,” Collins said.
It appears that there is good faith on the Democratic side to try to pass the CR and avoid a government shutdown, which is always a disaster.
