As you can see in the chart, there is a tremendous growth in subsidies and that is the concern.
I just want to understand what is the status of this requirement.
It just seems to me it is a crucial obligation of NOAA to provide that service.
Well, it seems to me that that would be a critical function that should be ongoing within NOAA.
