Yet the companies represented here this afternoon have provided no clarity with respect to exactly how or why they've come to the specific decisions that they have made; let alone provide any transparency with respect to these decisions or the arbitrariness of the timeframe in which these auto dealers are compelled to make these decisions.

In closing, libraries are vital community technology hubs, and we simply cannot allow inadequate bandwidth to be the limiting factor for what our students and our nations can achieve.
