I am not here to put blame on the past Congresses. I am in this Congress, and this is an issue where we have over 380 some odd Members of Congress signing it, and it is disingenuous for those Members of this body who signed it to be cosponsors and refuse to sign the discharge petition, and refuse to bring it out.
