Mike Michaud probably has as much experience in veterans' affairs issues as anyone in the Congress.
let me stress that you will not ignore me, nor my colleagues who are here with me tonight.
8 years to develop this system is too long and is unacceptable.
I have seen how data has been misused, particularly when you look at the wait time issues in the VA.
