It just seems to me, and many others, that after they left, somebody dropped the ball here with regards to seeing that the maintenance was being done.

Thank you, Mr. Chairman. I want to continue to follow up on my first line of questioning and ask some more questions that the families have asked.
The debt we owe your loved ones and all our veterans can never be repaid, and we must do all we can to ensure that they receive the best quality health care that they have earned and rightly deserve.

But isn't it true that during the time that Dr. Yu and the lab was open and they were using the system, that there wasn't outbreaks of Legionella?
