Mr. Chair, I rise as the designee for the gentleman from Florida (Mr. Donalds), and I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 4, line 6, strike ``; and'' and insert a semicolon. Page 4, after line 6, insert the following (and redesignate accordingly): (_) an analysis of the use of unmanned aircraft and associated elements (including communication links and the components that control the unmanned aircraft required for the operator to operate safely and efficiently in the national airspace system) by the CCP; and The CHAIR.
