I think that we do not need, we do not have anything that we need to reinvent. We have a system of government that is the finest in the world, that has stood the test of 200 years of American history. We need to get back to the basics. It was a government based not only on a Constitution but the 10 Bill of Rights, including the 10th amendment, which is something that, again, this Government was based on local and State government, delegating responsibility to the lowest level, consistent with the need to achieve results. Again, we have build up a Federal bureaucracy, a government in Washington that is consuming resources left and right, is drowning the country with not only red ink, but it is totally seizing the tax capacity of this country to the derogation of individuals in local and State government.
