“in the case of United States v. Eduardo Lopez Ballori, Cr. No. 91-380(GG), which was tried in the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico in 1992, the United States obtained the trial testimony of Claudia Breggia, a Senate employee, for the purpose of identifying official records.
