Section 115 of the Clean Air Act is essential. It enables the United States to work with other nations to address transboundary air pollution. As we have seen recently while Canada was experiencing historic wildfires, pollution knows no boundaries and can travel anywhere, whether by air or water. We cannot address these environmental issues on our own, and we must work with other nations. Prohibiting the EPA from implementing section 115 of the Clean Air Act is shortsighted, and I oppose this amendment. Mr. Chair, I yield back the balance of my time.
