Within the Department of the Interior, the bill invests $4 billion in Indian Affairs programs, including an additional $180 million to address climate change impacts. For Indian Health Services, the bill provides an additional $1.9 billion toward meeting Federal treaty and trust obligations for healthcare. The investments in this bill would improve the lives of Americans, and I urge my colleagues to support the bill.
