“I appreciate the comments my colleague from the other side of the aisle made about the 1099 issue and the impact with the health care bill. I do want to remember that only recently we had that bill on the floor. The people on my side of the aisle actually voted to repeal that provision and the people on the other side of the aisle opposed that. So we have had an opportunity to fix that, and I'm not clear about why the other side of the aisle wasn't with us on that, and I'm a little confused that he is bringing it up this morning.”
