The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following new section: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used (1) to provide electronic notifications to the Committee on Agriculture of the House of Representatives on travel relating to any ``know your farmer, know your food'' initiatives or (2) in contravention of the Agriculture and Food Research Initiative priority research area specified in subsection (b)(2)(F) of the Competitive, Special, and Facilities Research Grant Act (7 U.S.C. 450i).
