I just wanted to rise in support of the amendment offered by the gentleman from South Carolina. I was here last night and had a chance to speak against the Hudson amendment for the very reasons that he is articulating. Coming from Maine and being from a State where people take very seriously our waterfronts, our fisheries, our livelihood that we make on the water, there are deep concerns about the challenges that might come up with oil and gas leases. And I think everyone in many coastal States wants to just make sure we go through the most thorough process possible. So I heartily support the concerns that he is raising, and I support this amendment.
