I represent the State of Maine, where we have a tremendous amount of forests and many people who work in the forest products industry, so we respect the value of this research. But it was fully funded in the budget, and this is just another cut to the EPA and will take away from the work that they are able to do to protect our clean air and clean water. I oppose the amendment. I yield back the balance of my time. The Acting CHAIR. The question is on the amendment offered by the gentleman from Arkansas (Mr. Westerman). The amendment was agreed to. Amendment No. 18 Offered by Mr. Johnson of Georgia The Acting CHAIR. It is now in order to consider amendment No. 18 printed in House Report 114-683.
