They took taxpayer dollars that were being invested in important projects that would have brought down the cost of energy for all of us and our communities, and they paid bribes and they paid out to utility companies to get them to turn in…

So many questions remain, and his family deserves to know how this happened. His family, his community, and the state of Maine need to know who will be held accountable.

This proposed rule would weaken longstanding civil service protections that promote merit-based employment, due process and the recruitment and retention of skilled workers.

I look forward to taking the debate stage, speaking directly to Maine voters about the issues that matter most and making clear what’s at stake in this election.
