America giving away its resources to highly profitable companies is not the way I see the free market. I see the free market as paying a fair price. For this administration to modernize this act to make sure that gas and oil interests are paying a fair price when they do drill on American public land seems only reasonable to me. It seems like a better way to take care of American taxpayers.…”
