I appreciate the thoughts of the former Secretary of the Interior, and I thank him for his service, but I want to be clear. Let me read this back. There may have been an earlier version of this, but this one says: ``None of the funds made available by this act may be used to remove any monument on land under the jurisdiction of the Department of the Interior.''
