This is another partisan amendment that wastes more time on a bill that should go nowhere. Cutting $15,000 and taking away the Cabinet Secretary's ability to host Tribal members and other important dignitaries is just petty. At a time when we are seeing record numbers of historic storms and climate events, this is what my colleagues across the aisle have chosen to care about? Mr. Chair, I oppose this amendment, and I yield back the balance of my time.
