The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. ___. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement or enforce section 63.7570(b)(2) of title 40, Code of Federal Regulations (as in effect on the date of enactment of this Act). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 333, the gentleman from Maine and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Maine.
