Madam President, I intend to move, with the support of Mr. Blumenthal and Mrs. Shaheen, that H.R. 1628 be committed to the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions with instructions to report the same back to the Senate in 3 days, not counting any day on which the Senate is not in session, with changes that preserve, maintain, sustain, and expand the Prevention and Public Health Fund established under section 4002 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, 42 USC 300u-11. I request unanimous consent that this motion to commit be printed in the Record.
