Angus King: “I'm going to be introducing legislation to have you take a special focus on falls.”

Adding insult to injury, today’s deal is a slap in the face to every member of Congress who voted for the Lindsay Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act just last month.

Maine has been hit especially hard by the run up in fuel prices since the beginning of the Iran War and the most obvious example is home heating oil.

At the end of the day, this deal from the White House is an attempt to boost their short-term political prospects at the true cost of the American people.

We also want to keep pressuring the Administration to bring those prices down before winter really sets in.
