Mr. President, now, for the next hour, you are going to see the women of the Senate, on a bipartisan basis, speaking up on the issue of childcare. We have worked long and hard together. I am going to withhold my time and turn to the Senator from Nebraska. What you need to realize is we are not a caucus. We disagree on many things, but on childcare we are united that this bill is a good bill. It could be improved through the amendment process. We recognize that. So here we are, as a force trying to change the tone, trying to change the tide, and really help America's children. I yield to Senator Fischer. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The Senator from Nebraska.
