That commission, as I remember, America's Choice, was cochaired by Senator Brock, a former colleague, a Republican Senator, chairman of the Republican Committee, and Ray Marshall, who was Secretary of Labor under President Carter, and really brought together a remarkable group of both businessmen and representatives in the trade union movement. As I remember in those hearings that we held, it was virtually unanimous in terms of the support for this kind of a project.
