I do not believe there is any kind of conspiracy at the School of the Americas. None of us has suggested a conspiracy. What we do believe is that if we look at the real record of who has graduated, the army will cite the fact that 10 separate leaders of Latin America all went to the school. The trouble is, not one of them was duly elected. There have been changes in Latin America, but none of them have been because of the graduates of this school.
