When you compare the old films of the Gestapo grabbing people off the streets of Poland, and you compare them to those nondescript thugs… it does look like a Gestapo operation.

Let us get back to a granular level where people actually understand what the Census is for.

I am embarrassed as a member of this committee that this is the first comprehensive review we have done.
