I do not agree with the ad hominem attacks on our ATF agents and law enforcement personnel.

Mr. Speaker, let's take up that challenge. Let's make sure the laws that we have passed in this House apply and are complied with in Washington, D.C. The gentleman may forget, this isn't the first debate we have had about Washington, D.C…

We want to bring that home.

I am embarrassed as a member of this committee that this is the first comprehensive review we have done.
