SAFETY OF PIPELINE TRANSPORTATION INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS. The Secretary shall, at the request of a State or tribal government, conduct a review of the safety and safety-related aspects of a pipeline transportation infrastructure project. The Acting CHAIR.
