It’s horrific. But sadly, I’m not surprised. I mean, we have a president, a commander in chief who has made fun of troops for mental health issues.

I’m running against an 80-year-old senator who I respect. But it’s time for a new generation of leadership to take on a new generation of challenges and opportunities.

If you don’t even know what you’re using on your phone or your iPad, this is why we need a new generation of leaders to regulate these technologies to make sure that they are safe.

Personally, I don’t get saying we want to build the future while recycling leadership from the past.
